LET'S PLAY BALL! OVERVIEW
Let’s Play Ball! is a family-focused/community-focused fundraising event hosted by The Education Foundation of BCPS, Inc., in partnership with The Baseball Warehouse, LLC, the League of Dreams, Inc., and supported by The Ed Reed Foundation. The event will be held on Saturday, May 14, on the campus of George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology, 938 York Road in Towson (21204).
Let’s Play Ball! will celebrate BCPS administrators and educators and middle school Allied Sports athletes during a day filled with camaraderie. The activity will culminate BCPS Administrators Week (Monday, May 9 - Friday, May 13), and will bring students, families, and colleagues together along with a few special guests, such as The Oriole Bird, Baltimore Ravens Poe, and Sparky the Fire House Dog from Paw Patrol.
The event is free except for purchases from participating food trucks.

PARKING
Spectator Parking – Attending spectators will enter the Carver Center campus from its Kenilworth Road entrance. Carpooling is recommended as on-site parking will be limited.
Overflow Parking – Overflow parking will be located at Baltimore County Public Schools’ headquarters/Greenwood, 6901 N. Charles St. in Towson. Please park on the lower-level parking lot in front of Building E. BCPS will provide shuttle buses to and from Carver Center.
PROCEEDS
Let’s Play Ball! proceeds will fund 21st Century Instructional Initiative grants used to facilitate unique programs for BCPS students; fund scholarships; and support special initiatives that advance education outcomes, such as the Exchangeree: Gizmos and Gadgets Galore (two collaborative educator resources centers).
