PADONIA PARK FOUNDER

Many of us have spent many happy times at the Padonia Park club either at the pools, picnics, halloween, winter wonderland or other family events. Happy 100th Birthday to PADONIA Founder Ira Rigger. In addition to constructing Padonia Park Club in 1960, Ira Rigger has built many buildings and pools across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and beyond. Prior to starting his own construction company, he served as part of United States Naval Construction Battalion, better known as the Seabees, during World War II. He has a passion for sailing which he continues to do to this day.  #bestofhuntvalley
