Jeff is a longtime county resident. He was a reporter, photographer, and editor for the Patapsco Patriot, the Essex CC (CCB) Montage, and the University of MD daily Diamondback. His internship was with features at the historic Baltimore News American during it's final months. After freelancing for various publications he formed a travel marketing agency, and was in management & a local marketing consultant for the fitness & retail industries, living in Washington, DC for 15 years.
