Baltimore County Council approves 2030 Master Plan for future development

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore County Council has voted to approve the county's Master Plan for 2030, after a four-year delay.
The plan serves as a guide for future development, recommending the best areas for new housing construction, transportation, and commercial development over the next ten years.
