New Steakhouse Opening In Towson
A new Brazilian steakhouse is opening in Baltimore County. The upscale restaurant replaces a recently closed P.F. Chang's.
TOWSON, MD — Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is opening in late 2024 at the Towson Town Center. The restaurant announced the news saying it signed a lease at 825 Dulaney Valley Road.
The 7,924-square-foot eatery will replace the recently closed P.F. Chang's at the corner of Fairmount Avenue, WMAR reported.
“We are thrilled to continue to bring our passion for providing Brazilian hospitality and unforgettable dining experiences to the Baltimore area,” Fogo de Chão CEO Barry McGowan said in a press release. “We look forward to welcoming the Towson community to our newest restaurant, showcasing our latest brand innovations and culinary discoveries for new and existing guests alike.”
This will be the fourth Fogo de Chão in Maryland. The others are in Baltimore, North Bethesda and National Harbor.
One of the highlights will be the dry-aged meat lockers. These will age cuts like the 32 oz. Long-Bone Tomahawk Ribeye, which is aged for a minimum of 42 days.
Customers can eat at a churrasco grill while watching chefs butcher, prepare and grill over an open flame.
The restaurant will also feature a market table with seasonal salads, fresh superfoods, cured meats, antipasti and more.
A dining room and a bar, dubbed Bar Fogo, round out the offerings.
Fogo de Chão was founded in Southern Brazil in 1979.
