County Executive Johnny Olszewski will visit Baltimore County Animal Services to kick off National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day. BCAS is struggling with an increase in dog intake and will be offering incentives, such as waived fees, PetSmart gift cards and rabies vaccination/microchipping coupons, to bring in potential adopters and help promote low-cost public pet services.
