Make sure to buzz by Maryland Presbyterian Church (1105 Providence Road, Towson) next Saturday, August 3rd from 10 am - noon for Honey Harvest 2024. You'll have the chance to help harvest honey collected from the "Providence Honey" apiary.

GVC staff and Baltimore County Master Gardeners will provide information about pollinators and the importance of adding native plants to your landscape.

Better yet, make a day of it and stop by the Master Garden Fest until 3 pm at the Baltimore County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden at the Agricultural Center and Farm Park (1114 Shawn Road, Cockeysville). This family-friendly event will include opportunities to learn even more about Bay-Wise gardening, as well as techniques for growing vegetable gardens, orchard trees, avoiding deer damage and more.

Master Garden Fest is Saturday, August 3rd, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm in the Baltimore County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden at the Agricultural Center and Farm Park, 1114 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030. 

BCMG is hosting this event in conjunction with the Hereford Junior Farm Fair for a fun-filled day the entire family will enjoy. Visit the BCMG Demo Garden to see techniques for growing vegetable gardens, orchard trees, herbs, composting Bay-Wise gardening, attracting pollinators, avoiding deer damage, and more. Each garden will have Master Gardeners available to answer any questions and help explain our program. There will be many fun activities for our future gardeners in the Children's Garden.
