FAIRGROUNDS UPGRADES

From Facebook: I wanted to update you on a major event at the Fairgrounds, Timonium. In the next 2 weeks we will be demolishing the Farm and Garden Building. You will notice construction equipment there and the area will have some fenced off areas. 

This won't affect any of the shows there. Construction of a new building will start immediately thereafter. The new building will be in the same footprint of the old building. We will be moving MSF exhibits from F&G this year to Home Arts/4H building as construction is not expected to be completed in time for the Fair.

The new building will be gorgeous. and available year round for rental for meetings, receptions, parties, and/or conventions. We appreciate your patience during construction. FYI, The Maryland State Fair and Ag. Society, Inc is a non profit, by the way. The State doesn't pay for all of our expenses. Also, Costas Restaurant of Timonium scheduled open date is April 1. There is major construction in there too right now.
