OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Stevenson University men's volleyball team moved into the semifinals of the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference Tournament on Tuesday night as the Mustangs (15-9) defeated Arcadia (10-19) 3-0.
Set scores were 25-18, 25-22 and 25-22 for the Mustangs, who move on to play top-seeded Stevens on Thursday night in Hoboken, N.J.
Anthony Pezzino had 14 kills on the night to go along with eight digs. Tim Flanagan had 13 kills and seven digs, with Ryan Thenell adding in six.
Corwin Trouteaud had three blocks defensively, with Adam DeRubertis getting two aces.
Connor Roth had 38 assists for Stevenson, who won in the postseason for the first time since 2021.
Cameron Birch had ten kills for Arcadia, while Danny Gonzalez had nine. Riley Kodidek had 28 assists and 14 digs.
Stevenson hit .288 in the match, coming out hot with a clip of .412 in the first set (16-2-34).
The Mustangs took Stevens to five sets earlier in the year, before falling 3-2.
