Best Friends Fur Ever Announces Promotion of Lindsay Caraballo-Cofield to General Manager

Best Friends Fur Ever (BFFE), the Baltimore region’s premier dog daycare, boarding, and spa resort, today announced the promotion of Lindsay Caraballo-Cofield to General Manager of Cockeysville Operations.

Lindsay has been a valued member of the Best Friends Fur Ever team for the past four years, serving as Resort Administrator at the company’s Cockeysville location. During that time, she has played a key role in strengthening operations by building a strong team and implementing policies that support consistent, high-quality care for pets and their families while fostering a safe, supportive workplace for staff.

Lindsay has also helped lead several important initiatives that have expanded programs and services at the Cockeysville resort. She successfully launched the Play My Way program, introduced Luxury Lodging, and oversaw the completion of construction for the Assisted Canine Care Plus (ACC+) program, each of which has contributed significantly to the resort’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Best Friends Fur Ever, Lindsay spent seven years with Royal Farms, where she advanced steadily and developed the leadership and operational experience that led to her recruitment to BFFE. Since joining the organization, she has continued to grow as a leader, demonstrating strong operational insight while supporting initiatives across the company.

In her new role, Lindsay will continue to lead day-to-day operations at the Cockeysville resort while also serving as an operational resource for the Joppa location, supporting program development and helping advance operational goals across the organization.
