York County’s 'Barbell Man' sign spins again after repairs

YORK, Pa. —The Barbell Man sign, a long-standing fixture above the York Barbell facility in Manchester Township, is spinning again after being out of operation for some time.

The Manufacturers Association, a local company, played a major role in repairing the mechanism that powers the sign.
