What an unforgettable evening at the 3rd Annual Raise a Glass with Richcroft – Cheers to Inclusion held at the beautiful Boordy Vineyards the night was a true celebration of community, opportunity, and inclusion as supporters gathered to raise a glass in support of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Central Maryland.

Guests enjoyed delicious cuisine from Lib's Catering , exceptional wines from Boordy Vineyards, and the unforgettable music of Nelly's Echo, who kept the dance floor packed all evening long!

From striking poses in the Steele Imaging LLC. photo booth and cheering on our fabulous Hat Contest participants to meeting League of Dreams and Baltimore Orioles Hall of Famer Mike Bordick, the night was filled with laughter, connection, celebration, and a shared commitment to inclusion.Richcroft's CEO Kevin Drumheller shared exciting updates about The Kahlert Café – A Richcroft Farm to Able Enterprise, which will officially open in just a few weeks and has already created paid employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

We were honored to hear from our inspiring Honorary Chair, Laura Neuman, whose advocacy and heartfelt “Adventures with Leslie” writings about her journey with Richcroft and her sister, continue to shine a light on inclusion and disability awareness.

One of the most powerful moments of the evening came as Kahlert Café Manager Barbara Hineline spoke and introduced café team member Susie, who shared her experience and excitement about the paid employment opportunities the café is creating and how it has changed her life
