Police seek help to identify woman after dog attacked 10-year-old girl outside shopping center

JACKSONVILLE, Md. —Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman with a Rottweiler that attacked a 10-year-old girl outside a Jacksonville shopping center on May 8.
