Three Teslas Torched In Massive Owings Mills Dealership Blaze, Hazmat Called: Fire Officials

Three Teslas were reduced to burned-out shells and a fourth was damaged after flames tore through a Maryland dealership lot, prompting a hazmat response.

Investigators are now working to determine what sparked the fire.

firefighters were called late on Wednesday afternoon on June 24, to the Tesla dealership in the 9400 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, where four electric vehicles were found on fire, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.

By the time the flames were under control, three vehicles had been destroyed and a fourth had sustained significant damage.

Last year the dealerships was the target of vandals. From the police: Officers went to the dealership and found graffiti on the building, but it did not appear anti-Semitic. The graffiti was instead against Elon Musk, and the graffiti was an "X" inside of a circle, which we assume is for Twitter, which Musk owns. This incident will be investigated as a destruction of property and will remain open as we continue to gather information.
