P. Frederick Obrecht Properties Announces Grand Opening of PGA TOUR Superstore at York Road Property

P. Frederick Obrecht Properties, LLC today announced the grand opening of PGA TOUR Superstore on Saturday, August 15, at 1910 York Road in Timonium at 9 am. The 29,440-square-foot store, the nation’s leading destination for golf equipment, apparel and accessories, marks the retailer’s first location in the Greater Baltimore region.

The opening represents the successful completion of a strategic leasing effort that transformed the former Crunch Fitness space into one of the region’s premier specialty retail destinations.

The property, owned by P. Frederick Obrecht Properties, LLC, benefits from exceptional visibility along York Road and serves one of the Mid-Atlantic’s strongest golf markets.

Obrecht-Riehl Properties represented the landlord in the transaction through Susan Obrecht Riehl and Jack Riehl, alongside Evan Albert of MFI Realty. David Dochter of Dochter & Alexander Retail Advisors represented PGA TOUR Superstore.

The new store offers golfers an extensive selection of equipment and apparel along with professional club fitting, lessons, repairs, hitting bays, golf simulators and an 1,800-square-foot indoor putting green.
