Towson paramedic pleads guilty in bodily fluid case (Graphic)

The Baltimore County paramedic charged with spreading his bodily fluids on food, ice and office equipment at his workplace accepted a deal to plead guilty to three of the 23 counts in the indictment. (Cover: Baltimore Sun photo)
The guilty plea on three counts was in exchange for 30 years in prison, all but 20 suspended.
On Friday morning, the Towson courtroom was packed with people wearing Baltimore County Fire Department uniforms as 36-year-old Christopher Carroll told the court he was accepting the state’s deal.
