Owings Mills Fatal Pedestrian Crash Under Investigation

Towson, MD (September 16, 2026) - Members of the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred on September 15, at approximately 2:40 p.m. in the area of Owings Mills Boulevard and Strawhill Court, 21117. 

When officers arrived, they located 72-year-old Wanda Grasu who was struck by a 2021 Toyota Highlander. Grasu, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The preliminary investigation determined the driver of the Toyota was traveling southbound on Owings Mills Blvd, approaching Strawhill Ct, when the crash occurred.
