Brightview Senior Living’s Hunt Valley Welcome Center Now Open Marks seventh community for the senior living provider in Baltimore County
Brightview Senior Living, a leader in senior living who builds, owns and operates 46 communities along the East Coast, announces the opening of Brightview Hunt Valley’s Welcome Center. Located at 11509 McCormick Road in Hunt Valley Towne Centre, the Welcome Center provides a taste of what future Brightview residents will enjoy — introducing them to both the associates who work at the community, as well as the vast amenities.
Brightview Hunt Valley is currently under construction and will open in summer 2024. “Hunt Valley Towne Center is an ideal location for Brightview’s growth within Baltimore County,” stated Doug Dollenberg, President and CEO of Brightview Senior Living. “Seniors seeking new connections and an engaging and safe home will benefit from Brightview’s close-knit, vibrant community. Executive Director Elise Johnsen brings over a decade of experience in senior living to Brightview Hunt Valley and will lead our team in delivering personalized resident experiences.”
The Welcome Center showcases the community’s amenities, including chef-prepared meals, various dining spaces including a juice bar and private dining options, beauty salon, fitness rooms, art studio, library, movie theater and pub. Brightview Hunt Valley residents will also enjoy well-maintained and accessible outdoor gardens and courtyards.
As Brightview’s seventh Baltimore County location, Brightview Hunt Valley’s 178-apartment monthly rental community will serve Hunt Valley, Cockeysville, Monkton, Timonium, Hereford, White Hall, Parkton, Sparks, Glencoe, Jacksonville, Reisterstown, Butler, southern Pennsylvania and the greater Baltimore County region.
The community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care monthly rental apartments – all available with no large entrance fee. “We have enjoyed meeting seniors and their families at the Welcome Center as they learn about life at Brightview Hunt Valley,” Johnsen added. “As deposit numbers grow, Brightview Hunt Valley’s vision of a community where families and friends can come together and create lasting memories becomes clearer.
We are also eager to engage with Hunt Valley’s flourishing local businesses and organizations to create meaningful partnerships that enrich the resident and family experience.” As a privately-owned company, Brightview Senior Living builds new communities through a combination of private investment funds and traditional bank loans. Brightview Hunt Valley is one of 13 communities constructed from Brightview Senior Living Fund VII, and the community will be Brightview’s 19th in Maryland and 48th in the entire portfolio when it opens in 2024.
