MacKenzie Commercial brokers two leases totaling 12,700 square feet of space at 1301 York Road in Lutherville
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC has brokered two office leases totaling more than 12,700 square feet of space at 1301 York Road, with the activity elevating occupancy of the nine-story, 113,000 square foot office tower in Lutherville, Maryland to 94 percent.
Boutique law firms Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. and Coon & Cole, LLC signed leases for 8,762 and 4,000 square feet of space respectively. Joe Bradley, Senior Vice President and Principal and Dylan Bozel, Real Estate Advisor for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 8 Greenridge Road LLC in both transactions. Brian Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield represented Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer and Clare Berrang of Singer Damareck Real Estate represented Coon & Cole.
Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer is relocating from its current location in the central business district of Towson and Coon & Cole is moving from the Timonium area.
Featuring roadside visibility from York Road, recent improvement made to 1301 York Road include renovations to the lobby and common area bathrooms, a new HVAC system and roof, an upgraded landscape package and a newly-paved parking lot. The building features direct access to Interstates 695 (Baltimore Beltway) and 83, a location approximately 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore and access to a range of shopping amenities and restaurants including Towson Town Center.
