Owings Mills Man Arrested In Hagerstown For Drug Offenses
He had drugs and cash on his person.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police have charged an Owings Mills man with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of narcotics and possession of paraphernalia. Authorities say Teion Melvin Hopkins, 27, also has an active warrant from Howard County Police.
At around 11:45 PM on Tuesday, August 20th, an officer stopped Hopkins in the 300 block of Jonathan Street During a search incident to an arrest, the officer says Hopkins had 83 grams of crack cocaine in his possession, along with 37 grams of powder cocaine. Police says some of the cocaine was pre-packages in small rubber containers commonly referred to as “trash cans.”
Hopkins also had $3,000 in cash on his person.
