TOWSON, Md. - The Goucher College field hockey team broke through with a pair of second half goals as it downed Lancaster Bible College 2-0 Wednesday evening at Beldon Field for its fourth straight victory.

  • Goucher (4-1) had the game's first shot 2:23 in as a shot by Annie Bennett was saved by Charger (1-3) goalie Amanda Hoover.
  • The Gophers outshot Lancaster Bible 6-1 in the opening frame.
  • Kaitlyn Bucci had a shot saved by Hoover just over a minute into the second quarter.
  • Goucher goalie Katie Bloom made a save on a Mira Rineer shot midway through the period.
