TD&A Announces Long-Term Lease of 11404 Reisterstown Road to LMW Motorworks

TD&A is pleased to announce the successful long-term lease of the 3-acre commercial property located at 11404 Reisterstown Road to LMW Motorworks, a family-owned auto repair business. The property features approximately 6,200 square feet in 2 buildings, offering shop, office, and retail space, and will serve as the third location for LMW Motorworks, which has been in the auto repair business for 34 years.

LMW Motorworks, owned by John, Lonnie, and Deb Lascoula, has built a strong reputation through its existing locations in Randallstown and Eldersburg. This new Owings Mills location will provide expanded services to their current customer base in the area, ensuring convenient access for loyal clients.

Gary Olschansky, Steve Cornblatt., and Peter Coe of TD&A represented the property owner in the transaction and procured LMW Motorworks as the tenant.

The property, previously home to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, was originally a Burger King in the 1980s and has a rich history in the community. While the site was planned for redevelopment into a self-storage facility, those plans were put on hold in 2023 due to shifts in the economic landscape. TD&A successfully relocated Enterprise Rent-A-Car to Main Street in Reisterstown prior to leasing the property to LMW Motorworks.

LMW Motorworks is excited to continue its legacy of exceptional auto repair service at this new location.
