'Stop MPRP' taking fight against controversial power line to federal level

    FREELAND, Md. (TNND) — A Maryland group vowed in a video Thursday to take its fight national against rapid electric grid expansion to power data centers while outlining next steps in its hometown.

    Joanna Frederick, president of ‘Stop MPRP,’ founded her effort in late June, shortly after FOX45 News first reported on a little-known 70-mile high-voltage power line project that aimed to cut a path through her farming neighborhood.
