The Christmas City Express returns to the Ma & Pa Railroad for another season of family holiday fun. Tickets for the event, which has won the hearts of adults and children alike, are now on sale atwww.MaAndPaRailroad.com

Our popular holiday program will run the first three weekends of December.Because capacity is limited, advance online ticket purchase is required. Last year most of our performances sold out, so don't delay getting your tickets.

We invite you to join us at the Ma & Pa Railroad Heritage Village for a dramatic reading of The Christmas City Express, the heart-warming story of a young girl traveling on the Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad to visit her grandparents on Christmas Eve. A terrible snowstorm strands the train, but a courageous conductor, the generosity of the young girl, and a surprise visit from Santa ensure that, despite the snow, Christmas is a joyful time for all.

Tickets include a performance of the Christmas City Express, a visit from Santa, a motorcar train ride on the Ma & Pa Railroad, crafts for all ages, carol singing, operating antique Lionel trains, hot chocolate and cookies, a chance to win the coveted pickle prize, and a keepsake ornament.

This year we are also offering group charters.
