Ravens’ Stadium Shooter Takes A Plea

Reginald Allen, 46, attempted to break into M&T Bank Stadium on the 1100 block of Russell Street while intoxicated, and allegedly discharged a firearm into a stadium security booth on Nov. 20, 2024

Allen was charged with discharging a firearm, wearing a handgun under the influence, possessing a firearm within 100 yards of a public building, attempting to use a firearm in a special purpose area, and malicious destruction of property under $1000.
