HUNT VALLEY, MD — In Maryland, we put Old Bay on everything.

Popcorn? Yep. Shrimp? You bet. Chicken wings? Absolutely.

Customers can now buy Old Bay Queso dip, offering a cheesy twist to Maryland's favorite spice.

The latest product comes in partnership with Jimmy's Famous Seafood, one of Baltimore's most iconic crab houses. The restaurant announced the queso launch on Monday.

"Jimmy's and OLD BAY have always been a powerhouse duo, and it's great to see that partnership going strong," Antonios Minadakis, co-owner and executive chef at Jimmy's Famous Seafood, told Patch in a Tuesday statement. "The new queso is the perfect next step — bold, craveable, and instantly everyone's favorite. Here's to more delicious collabs!"

Queso is the latest unique Old Bay product. Hunt Valley-based McCormick, the seasoning's parent company, previously made a splash with Old Bay hot sauce, vodka and Goldfish.

"OLD BAY Queso is a bold and creamy dip that brings together the iconic flavor of OLD BAY with a rich, cheesy base. It's perfect with chips, seafood, fries—or just by the spoonful. This unique product blends the best of Maryland flavor with craveable comfort food," a McCormick spokesperson said.

The queso is available at jimmysfamousseafood.com and in certain local grocery stores.

Supermarkets carrying the dip include Shop Rite, all Geresbeck's locations, Common Markets in Frederick, Harvest Fare Fallston, Liberty Delight Farms and Fishpaws Marketplace.

Customers should call before visiting any store to check availability.
