The quiet streets of Sparks Glencoe were disrupted by an unsettling discovery Monday morning when a woman was found dead in her home.

Information is slim, but details provided by officials indicated that the woman was found dead, with the circumstances surrounding her death now culminating in an in-depth inquiry by detectives.
Found by officers, a non-urgent welfare check prompted their response to the residence.
