Cockeysville, MD — Broadmead, Inc., a Quaker-founded Life Plan Community and a leading senior living provider in Baltimore County, announced today that it will assume management of Residences at Vantage Point in Columbia, MD effective July 1, 2026. The partnership unites two mission‑aligned Life Plan communities known for resident‑centered care, inclusion, and a strong tradition of service. 

For decades, Residences at Vantage Point has been a cornerstone of Columbia, celebrated for its diverse, resident‑driven culture and full Life Care continuum. Broadmead brings extensive leadership experience, nationally recognized wellness and dementia care programs, and a long‑standing commitment to high‑quality senior living.
