The partnership unites two mission‑aligned Life Plan communities known for resident‑centered care, inclusion, and a strong tradition of service.

For decades, Residences at Vantage Point has been a cornerstone of Columbia, celebrated for its diverse, resident‑driven culture and full Life Care continuum. Broadmead brings extensive leadership experience, nationally recognized wellness and dementia care programs, and a long‑standing commitment to high‑quality senior living.
