Friday, May 8, 2026, from 6:00–10:00 PM at the stunning Boordy Vineyards.

This signature evening is our one major fundraiser of the year, and we invite you to be part of something truly special. Kick off Preakness week in Maryland with what promises to be the best Preakness-themed party of the season, celebrating our state’s rich horse-racing heritage in unforgettable style.

Don your most festive fedora or fascinator and join the fun in our fabulous hat contest!

Enjoy an incredible night of entertainment featuring Nelly’s Echo, Maryland’s own singing sensation (The Voice, Season 3), along with award-winning wines from Boordy Vineyards, Maryland’s oldest and most renowned winery, and a delicious culinary experience by Lib’s Catering.

We are grateful to our Honorary Event Chair, Laura Neuman, entrepreneur and podcast host, for her support of this meaningful evening.

By securing a sponsorship, you will help lead the way in creating meaningful opportunities and enriching the lives of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Your support directly advances Richcroft’s mission to create opportunities and cultivate relationships that enable every person to live their best life. Cheers to Inclusion!

Some of the milestones we achieved together over the past year.

10. Graduating our third E-Badge Academy class, with a record number of team members earning DSP III certification, strengthening the quality and consistency of support provided across Richcroft.

9. We moved into our new Administrative Building, featuring an innovative space with a Snoezelen Sensory Room, Artist Area, Training Kitchen and secured licensure to begin offering Day Habilitation services in 2026.

8. Having over 600 staff support our folks....and only having 7% openings organization wide...and not using temp workers AT ALL! An uncommon achievement in our field.

7. Providing Behavioral Health supports, enhancing whole-person care and ensuring individuals have access to the services they need to thrive.

6. Richcroft was honored as a Top Workplace in Maryland (Baltimore Sun), a Top Workplace in the U.S. (USA Today), and achieved the Standards of Excellence designation from Maryland Nonprofits.

5. We launched Richcroft Inclusion, LLC, a for-profit arm of the organization designed to expand opportunities and extend our mission in new and sustainable ways. Stay tuned for exciting news about Richcroft Inclusion in 2026!

4. Our annual Raise a Glass to Inclusion fundraising event returned bigger and better, bringing together supporters, partners, and friends to celebrate and invest in our mission.

3. We created unforgettable moments of joy and belonging - including our now annual Hershey Park trip, a cool and festive Holiday Party, and a powerful League of Dreams baseball event held at Stevenson University.

2. We signed a lease for The Kahlert Café, with our Grand Opening slated for April 2026. Along with great food, this inclusive café – A Farm to Able Richcroft Enterprise - will provide employment opportunities and job training to people with disabilities in our community.

1. We expanded Richcroft Nursing to now support other organizations with delegating nursing services, extending our expertise and impact throughout the region.

Every one of these accomplishments is rooted in the collective belief that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve full lives, real choices, and meaningful opportunities. Your support - whether through partnership, advocacy, or generosity - makes that belief a reality.

Thank you for being part of the Richcroft community. We look forward to what we will continue to build together in the year ahead.
