Who is Michael Phelps?

Michael Fred Phelps was born June 30, 1985 to Deborah Sue Phelps and Michael Fred Phelps. His father is a retired Maryland State Trooper while his mother was a middle school principal.

Although he was born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was raised Rodgers Forge neighborhood of a nearby Towson. He schooled at Rodgers Forge Elementary, Dumbarton Middle School and then Towson High School.
