Item Description

You are bidding on a once-in-a-life sentence opportunity.

Be one of 4 lucky inmates to get the chance to spend the night with John Waters in the Provincetown Jail in July 2024.

All night! Locked in! Beyond “protective custody”.

After the meal, you can return to your cell for the evening or prowl the corridors making friends. Bring a pillow and blanket, you are in for a long night and you never know what might happen. Parole begins at 6am.

John Waters is a writer, director, photographer and performer. He has written and directed sixteen movies and authored ten books including his last novel Liarmouth. His one man spoken-word show “Devil's Advocate” will be performed this summer at Town Hall on July 25th.

Item Special Note

Winning bidder will have to sign a waiver with the Town of Provincetown.

This item is for one cell, there are a total of four.

Date will be chosen based on winning bidders' and John Waters' availability in July 2024.
