Baltimore County Animal Services Launches "Adoption Express Pit Stops" to Increase Dog Adoptions

– Baltimore County Animal Services (BCAS) – like public shelters nationwide – is experiencing an influx of dogs at its facility. In addition to cats, rabbits, and other furry and scaly pets, BCAS has taken in 1,116 dogs since January.

To help increase adoption numbers, the BCAS team will take its pups to the people as they hit the road with Adoption Express Pit Stops!

BCAS will hold a series of adoption pop-ups at venues across Baltimore County throughout the summer.
During today’s first pop-up event, the Cuddle Shuttle will be in the Halethorpe/Catonsville area from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and all adoption fees will be waived!
