Fourth of July Celebration 2024 at Carroll County Farm Museum

The Fourth of July Celebration features Carroll County’s largest fireworks display. Gates open at 4 m. with fireworks setto go off at sundown (approximately 9:30-10 p.m.). Enjoy food, fun and live entertainment before the show. Admission is $5 per car.

Please no pets, outside alcohol, fireworks/sparklers, pop up tents or overhead sunshades (these are a fire hazard and block the view of other guests) grill, glass containers and wheelies/skateboards/hoverboards/bikes. Coolers with snacks and drinks are allowed (no glass, no alcohol). Coolers may be inspected prior to admission. Chairs and blankets are allowed and encouraged (no overhead sunshades, tents or pop up tents)

Self-guided farmhouse tours, Hoff Barn tours, blacksmith, tinsmith, kid’s tent w/ activities and games, Farmyard Friends and playground available.

Food/Drink Vendors on hand: No Sauce Q, MADI, Knights of Columbus, Chesapeake Foods, Nina’s Cookie Explosion, Glamourview Farms Creamery, BBQ Bueno, Johnson Family Funnel Cakes, The Cow, Wetzel’s Pretzels To Go, Enchanted Clouds, Lemon Squeezers, Kettle Krazed, Braglio Farms, Kona Ice, The Daily Crepe Company.

Join us for Carroll’s largest fireworks display and 4th of July bash on Thursday, July 4 starting at 4pm for our Fourth of July Celebration. There is a ton of food (20+ vendors/trucks), kid’s activities (many are free), live music from Park Avenue Band (5:30pm) and more!

These roads will be closed by 8:30pm (for public safety) and will remain closed until the completion of the fireworks show:Center Street – From MD 140 to MD 32Gist Road – From MD 32 to Kate Wagner RoadKate Wagner Road – From MD 32 to MD 27Hook Road – From MD 32 to the High School EntranceSmith Avenue – From MD 32 to Gist RoadAll traffic exiting the Farm Museum grounds will utilize Center Street from the Farm Museum to Maryland 140. All traffic leaving the Agricultural Center will utilize Gist Road to Kate Wagner Road to MD 27 or MD 32/MD 97.Access to the Carroll Hospital Emergency Room shall be made from the intersection of Gist Road and Maryland 32. Law Enforcement will be at this intersection to assist persons needing access to the emergency room.
