Bushrod Investments, Birchwood Capital Plan The Heights At Hunt Valley Senior Living Community In Hunt Valley, Maryland

The 31-acre community will comprise 52 villa-style homes and a 158,000-square-foot assisted living facility.

Bushrod Investments (Baltimore) and Birchwood Capital Partners (Baltimore) plan to develop The Heights at Hunt Valley, a 31-acre senior living community in Hunt Valley, Md., according to citybiz.co.

The community will comprise 52 villa-style homes and a 158,000-square-foot assisted living facility. The 1- and 2-story villas will range in size from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet. Community amenities will include a fire pit, outdoor grilling station, and walking trails.

The Heights at Hunt Valley will be a short distance from Shawan Road and the York Road corridor; three miles from Cockeysville; 12 miles from Towson and Reisterstown and 20 miles from downtown Baltimore.

Construction on the assisted living facility is expected to begin in 2026.
