Brightview's dual recognition highlights its dedication to resident satisfaction and creating a supportive, people-first work environment.

Brightview Senior Living, a leading owner, developer, and operator of senior living communities across the East Coast, proudly announces two major accolades that reinforce its dual commitment to residents and associates alike. The company has been named to the 2025 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine, and has also earned the prestigious 2025 Best Senior Living designation from U.S. News & World Report across the majority of its communities.

This marks Brightview’s third appearance on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, making it the only senior living company to be recognized this year. In addition, 94% of Brightview communities were honored by U.S. News as “Best” in categories including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, underscoring its reputation for top-tier resident care.

“Brightview is successful because our incredible associates bring their passion and dedication to work every day,” said Doug Dollenberg, Jr., President and CEO of Brightview Senior Living. “Our belief has always been that to be a great place to live, we must first be a great place to work. These two honors are a reflection of the dedication, joy, and spirit of community that our associates bring to our residents every day.”

Setting the Standard in Resident Satisfaction

Now in its fourth year, the U.S. News Best Senior Living ratings evaluated over 3,800 communities nationwide. Brightview stood out, with more than 90 percent of its communities achieving “Best” status, based on feedback from over 450,000 residents and family members. Key criteria included safety, care quality, community engagement, staff responsiveness, and overall satisfaction.

“Choosing a senior living community is a significant life decision,” said Ben Harder, managing editor and chief of health analysis at U.S. News. “We commend the communities that have earned this distinction for their unwavering commitment to resident well-being and satisfaction.”

Celebrating a People-First Workplace

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list is based on confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees across industries. Brightview’s recognition is the result of high marks on the Trust Index™ Survey, measuring trust in leadership, employee pride, camaraderie, and overall workplace experience.

“To earn this honor for the third time is a testament to our culture,” added Dollenberg. “We are thrilled that our focus on associate well-being has once again been recognized nationally. Our work is vital, and we’re proud to lead the way for the senior living industry.”

Brightview also continues to be ranked the #1 Best Workplace in Aging Services by Great Place to Work and Fortune, and was previously included on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list in 2021 and 2023.
