Stevenson University Athletics Announces New Partnership with Under Armour

Stevenson University's Athletics Department has entered a new partnership with Under Armour, the official outfitter for its 900+ student-athletes—the Mustangs. The agreement, which runs through the next five years, makes the Baltimore-based footwear and apparel company the exclusive outfitter of Stevenson's 29 NCAA intercollegiate athletic teams and 13 Club teams, coaches, and staff. This also includes exclusive distributorship through BSN and All U Sportswear.

Going forward, all of Stevenson's varsity student-athletes and club athletes including eSports will compete in Under Armour uniforms. In addition, Stevenson's teams will have the opportunity to host an event at Under Armour Stadium, the 1,400-seat facility at the center of Under Armour's headquarters Campus.

"Under Armour is a global leader in performance apparel, making them an ideal partner for Stevenson University's high-achieving coaches and student-athletes," said Brett Adams, Director of Athletics at Stevenson University. "This department-wide agreement reflects the hard work and collaboration of Gary Powers from Under Armour and our own equipment manager, Casey Nelson. Beyond outfitting our teams, Under Armour has shown a strong commitment to our community, and continues to support and employ many of our Mustang alumni. This partnership is a perfect match for Stevenson's career-focused mission, and I couldn't be prouder to work with such an outstanding organization."

Stevenson has been a member of the NCAA since 1994, and currently boasts 29 intercollegiate sports within its Athletics Department. In the last 30 years, the Mustangs have won numerous conference championships, including the 2013 NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse National Championship and the AVCA Women's Volleyball National Championship in 2022. The Mustangs also captured the AVCA Small College Men's Beach Volleyball Championship in 2024.

Founded in 1947, Stevenson University today serves more than 3,700 students on our 200-acre campus in Owings Mills, Maryland, and online through Stevenson University Online. Stevenson is driven by a commitment to meet students where they are and to help them get where they want to be.
