Kinsley Potts, a 16-year-old Owings Mills resident and rising junior at Garrison Forest School, was named Miss Maryland Teen 2025. Eleven girls competed in the Miss Maryland Teen pageant for the chance to represent the state at the annual Miss America Teen competition, held in Orlando this September.
