Monkton Music Festival Returns — May 9, 2026
This all-day music fest unfolds among the pines at Camp Puh’tok, featuring local bands across two stages, delicious eats and drinks from food and beer trucks, and a vibrant artisan village. Proceeds support Puh’tok’s school-year and summer camp scholarship programs for communities in need, as well as Living Classrooms’ Ascend 2.0 after-school music programs serving Baltimore City Schools.

Camp Puh’tok is proud to announce the return of the 4th Annual Monkton Music Festival on Saturday, May 9, 2026, a one-day celebration where live music, local culture, and community impact come together in a truly meaningful way.
Set among scenic pines in Northern Baltimore County, the Monkton Music Festival has quickly become a must-attend, family-friendly event—bringing together music lovers, local artisans, and community supporters for a day filled with energy, connection, and purpose.
This year’s festival will feature:
With something for everyone—from families with young children to dedicated music fans—the festival continues to grow in both size and spirit, having sold out in 2025 and expecting another strong turnout in 2026.

Where Music Meets Impact
At its core, the Monkton Music Festival is about opening doors.
All proceeds directly support Camp Puh’tok’s youth programs and summer camp scholarships, providing access to outdoor experiences for children from low-income communities and children with special needs.
A key beneficiary of the festival is Camp All In, Camp Puh’tok’s adaptive summer camp designed for youth with profound and multiple disabilities. Through this program, campers are given the opportunity to safely explore nature, build confidence, engage in sensory-rich activities, and experience the joy and freedom of camp—often with the support of trained staff and individualized care.
For many families, Camp All In represents something rare: a place where their child is not only included, but fully supported and celebrated.
“The Monkton Music Festival allows us to say ‘yes’ to more kids,” said Heather Rebstad, Development Director at Camp Puh’tok. “Whether it’s a child attending camp for the first time or a camper with significant support needs experiencing Camp All In, this festival directly makes those moments possible.”
A Festival with Heart
With approximately 1,000 attendees and growing regional visibility, the festival offers a welcoming, positive environment where community members can gather, celebrate, and give back—all at the same time.
It’s a place where music fills the air, families gather under the trees, and every ticket purchased helps create life-changing experiences for young people across the region.
Whether you come for the music, the food, the art, or simply to enjoy a day outdoors, every moment at the Monkton Music Festival contributes to something bigger.
