Spotlight on 2025 Campus Safety Director of the Year Finalist Tiffany Justice

Congratulations to Tiffany Justice, Director of Campus Safety at Goucher College in Towson, Md., for being named one of this year’s Campus Safety Director of the Year finalists.

Some of her notable achievements include:

• Lead transition of campus safety department from in-house to outsourced, restructuring department and training an entirely new workforce. Then, a few years later, transitioned her team from contract security back to in-house.
• Rewrote department’s new mission statement.
• Secured her department’s largest ever grant, totaling nearly $500,000.
