TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's basketball team announces that the Tigers will be playing in the Terry's Chocolate ESPN Events Invitational at the Walt Disney World Resort's State Farm Field House at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Fla.
The Tigers will be competing in the Adventure Bracket, which features Bradley, Liberty, Princeton, Rhode Island, Temple, UC San Diego and Vermont. The eight teams will each play three games between Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 24-26.
The Tigers are coming off their fourth consecutive 20+ win season and their first outright CAA Regular Season title after finishing with a 16-2 record. The Black & Gold are returning CAA Player of the Year Tyler Tejada who led the team in scoring with 16.7 ppg and Dylan Williamson who averaged 14.6 ppg, which earned him All-CAA Second Team honors.
Fans can sign up for first access to pre-sale tickets at the ESPN Events Invitational website. Tickets will go on sale later this summer in conjunction with the bracket and schedule releases.
