The proposed bill 3-24 by County Executive Johnny O is unacceptable! It gives developers complete control over mixed use development without input from our elected officials or community. There will be apartments at Lutherville Station but also along York Rd up to Hunt Valley and throughout the county. We must oppose this bill and protect our neighborhoods. Email the Baltimore County Council and voice your strong opposition to the Mixed Use Development Bill 3-24. Together, we can make a difference and fight against unchecked development. Stand united with us!
NOW: Email statement of your opposition to the Baltimore County council (see below) Not just Councilman Kach, who is already opposed to it, but ALL of the other six councilmen as well. Your statement can be as simple as “I oppose bill 3-24”
