Roofing and remodeling contractor Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland relocated its headquarters from Towson to Galleria Towers, 140,000 square foot office building positioned at 1447 York Road in the Lutherville section of Baltimore County. The 80-person company founded in 1996 signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 2,808 square feet of space. Andrew Beyrodt, Leasing Representative for Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord in this transaction.
Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland provides replacement services for roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, as well as constructing backyard decks. The company, which currently serves customers situated in the central Maryland area, recently revealed plans to expand into the Eastern Shore and Washington, D.C. metro areas of Maryland. “We are setting a goal of doubling our volume of business over the next several of years,” explained company President Dean D’Eugenio.
The past ten years has been an extremely busy period for Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland, according to D’Eugenio, and this growth created a situation in which the company “was busting at the seams” at its previous location. When choosing Galleria Towers for its new corporate headquarters site, he said, “perception is reality and when creating your home or business space, it is important to have a space that is modern, well-managed, and clean, and reflects your values and interests.”
“We found that and more at Galleria Towers,” D’Eugenio added. “Some things you cannot put your finger on, but acting with integrity and doing what is best for your employees is of utmost importance. This building was the perfect fit. It exudes energy and we are extremely comfortable with Hill Management’s property management philosophy.”
Fronting York Road and situated less than one mile from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695), Galleria Towers features 10-foot ceiling heights, 17,000 square foot floorplates, 300 surface parking spaces, and 200 covered parking spaces.
Hill Management Services recently updated the first-floor entrance of Galleria Towers to provide a more retail-like atmosphere, and added a conference room that can accommodate 24 people, which is available for tenant and non-tenant use. A fitness center with TechnoGym technology has been added for tenants to utilize 24/7, in addition to an exterior landscaping refresh.
“Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland is the latest company that recognizes Galleria Towers as a best-in-class commercial office building and which functions as a true corporate amenity,” explained Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services. “Our continuing leasing success validates the comprehensive multi-million-dollar interior and exterior improvement completed at the building.”
