Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention

The Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention was founded in 2006 to bring celebrities and their fans together for a three-day weekend. Celebrities sign autographs and pose for photos with the attendees. (Be sure to bring your camera or smart phone.) The event also provides a platform for authors and historians to present fascinating slide show seminars on stage.

Unlike most of the autograph events held along the East Coast, The Mid-Atlantic Nostalgia Convention is a 501(c) non-profit. For this reason, admission costs are kept to a bare minimum (often less than what other autograph events charge) and celebrities are contracted not to charge over a certain amount. Yes, you read that correctly, there are no excessive autograph fees at this event. (We might be the only event on the East Coast that does this.) For this reason, the budget for next year's event is based upon the attendance of this year's event. Your support ensures the continued longevity of the convention.

Among the highlights of the weekend is the Friday afternoon charity auction.

Attendees are allowed to bring items/collectibles to the show and donate them to the auction. 100 percent of the money raised will go to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. From books, toys, LP records, and autographed memorabilia, you never know what will be available for bidding and in the past we have certainly seen a number of surprises.

Please Note: we are asking people not to donate audio cassettes or VHS cassettes since they are not popular enough to warrant bidding.
