A review just from last week sums it all up:

"My husband and I both started with the cream of crab soup served with a side of sherry. Oh my, the soup had nice size pieces of lump crab meat in a delectable cream soup. Wow, it was loaded with lump crab meat and just delicious."

For decades locals have called it the best around and bragged of its abundance of lumps. The current $6.95 price and modest menu are also a draw. Actually they say anything with crab is a good call at the long-time Lutherville favorite.
