Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken, a national fast-casual chicken franchise based in California, has announced it will open 25 new locations statewide with three of those restaurants in Maryland.
The new locations in Maryland will be located in Columbia at 7090 Deepage Drive, Owings Mills at 10995 Owings Mill Boulevard, and 4211 Mountain Road in Pasadena, reports QSR Magazine. The chain aims to open the three Maryland eateries in 2024.
According to the restaurant's website, The Crimson is a certified hormone-free, boneless chicken breast served with Crimson Sauce, house-made slaw and pickles on an artisan brioche bun. The menu includes Crimson Chicken strips, wraps, wings, sandwiches, Joey Eat fries, special sauces and an assortment of other sides such as mac and cheese, potato salad, fried pickles slaw and waffles.
The restaurant's signature Crimson Coward rub contains a secret blend of more than 16 primary and 32 secondary spices. It's applied 24 hours before the chicken is cooked.Popular Baltimore Taqueria To Debut Art Gallery-Themed Restaurant In Owings Mills
(R&R Taqueria, a popular Baltimore restaurant advertising authentic Mexican food, is gearing up to open a new location at 10290 Mill Run Circle in Owings Mills.
The Baltimore Business Journal reports that R&R chef and owner Rodrigo Albarran plans to inaugurate the Owings Mills taqueria by the end of September.
The new location will feature an art gallery theme, with murals and paintings adorning the walls. Though it will have a seating capacity of 70, slightly less than its downtown counterpart, the ambiance promises to be every bit as inviting and vibrant.
R&R Taqueria currently has locations at 2 E. Lombard St. in downtown Baltimore and 5005 Honeygo Center Drive in Perry Hall.
